What it is…

Many of our clients haven’t come from ads, social media, or direct outreach. They’ve come from referrals - people who’ve experienced our work firsthand. Founders and teams who’ve built with us, creative partners who believe in the work we’re doing, Accelerator members who agree the knowledge we have should be shared.

Now, we’re making it official.

If you come across another brand who would benefit from the work we do, and make an intro for us, we want to share the upside with you.

How it works…

For consulting and client engagements (BUILD, GROW, GROW+), referrals must include a direct email introduction with both parties. If the brand signs and begins work with us, you receive a 10% revenue share for the lifetime of that active project.

If someone you refer enrolls in the Brand Universe Accelerator, you receive a $100 referral bonus per confirmed participant.
Referral will be prompted to include your name with their application.

❋ Payment Structure

Payments are calculated monthly and delivered by check at the end of each month. Accelerator bonuses are paid after enrollment closes and payment is confirmed.

We prioritize aligned, warm introductions with brands that are a good fit. This isn’t about volume — it’s about sending the right brands into the room.

Ambassador Terms

• Young & Co. may update or discontinue this program at any time.
